Amanita muscaria somehow showed up in my life. I seemed to hear it's call and so did some extensive research. Sensing that microdosing would be good for me, I then searched for suppliers. I love Luminita so much! Microdosing amanita is really helping me make positive changes in my life. It’s particularly great for stress/anxiety relief and sleep for me. I stumbled upon Luminita while researching Amanita muscaria. In the last year I have found myself struggling to limit the amount of alcohol I was consuming. It was starting to become a problem. During my research of Amanita muscaria, I found claims that micro dosing helped others with addiction and I figured I'd give it a shot. It took a little over a month of micro dosing (part of the time was finding the dose my body responded well to) but I can definitely say it has turned my life around. Tara is a wonderful person and is very thoughtful. Thank you for making this wonderful product.

Only pros! After first few days, I have become noticeably more calm and cheerful. During the first week, I have noticed marked difference responding to external irritable events. The amount of coffee I drink has decreased. I am sure my cortisol level has decreased tremendously too. After about 3-4 weeks of taking it I can definitely say the same about consuming alcohol and smoking cigarets. I knew these effects of micro–dosing from previous 3-4 months courses.

Tried 2 capsules a day intermittently but it was too much for me. Evening doses promoted a good sleep and vivid colorful dreams. After about 3 weeks of one 500mg capsule daily, my memory improved at least twofold. Since the Amanita muscaria has a cumulative effect, these changes don’t happen immediately. But I can definitely say the quality of this product is undeniable and speaks for itself.

Luminita has been a game-changer in my health regime. I was struggling with stress and restless sleep, but almost immediately upon using Luminita I noticed a positive shift in my sleep. I know fall asleep easily, experience lucid dreaming, and wake feeling rested and peaceful. Luminita is my new go-to for wellness and I am so grateful I found it!

Although I know that Luna was formulated specifically as a sleep aid, that's not why I purchased it. I'm already developing a positive relationship with Aminita Muscaria and I love Reishi mushrooms for their adaptogenic properties so, I thought, what could be better than a formula that contains both!

While I didn't get the Lunar as a sleep aid for myself, as that is not generally a concern for me, I have started giving it every night to my 84-year-old life partner who unfortunately is suffering from advanced dementia and has very troubled sleep. So far, her sleeping seems to be quieter and she reports less turmoil overnight, so perhaps it's helping. Will get a better idea as time goes by.

I’ve had issues getting meaningful sleep for a while now. Before starting Amanita I would wake feeling like I got little to no sleep what so ever. Now, I wake with energy and focus that continues throughout the day. I very much recommend trying Amanita.

I felt the effects of luminita almost immediately. My concentration was better and i felt a calmness I haven't felt in a while. Procrastination was significantly reduced.
